The Town of Nutter Fort is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Public Works Department for the summer season.
Position: Seasonal Public Works Laborer Hours: Monday–Friday (some weekends or evenings as needed)
Job Duties Include:
Mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
Assisting with street and sidewalk repairs
Trash and debris removal
Supporting water, sewer, and maintenance crews as needed
Operating basic hand tools and equipment
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Pay: Starting at $15.14/hour

Mid-December 2022, the Clarksburg Water Board (CWB) implemented changes in the treatment of the water they supply to all of their customers. CWB provided public notice, which we also shared on our website and Facebook page. In an ongoing effort to educate and keep the public informed of the changes CWB has implemented to the treatment of the water they supply, the WVDHHR Bureau of Public Health is now requiring each area served by the CWB to provide the same notice to each of their water customers. In the next few days, you will receive a flyer at your location regarding the phosphate that has been added to your water by CWB.
